I’ve been following this company for over a year, patiently watching for openings and expansion in my territory. So, when I heard about the growth in Austin, Texas, I couldn’t have been more excited! With 10 years in the aesthetics industry, I began my career at ADP, where I received top-tier sales training before transitioning directly into aesthetics sales. I’ve worked with both well-established brands and companies with no brand recognition, giving me invaluable experience in building a presence from the ground up. My time at start-ups has been especially impactful, as it has given me a deep understanding of the effort required to establish and grow a brand in a competitive market. Throughout my career, I’ve made it a priority to build and maintain strong relationships with industry reps, including former colleagues, which has been instrumental in generating referrals. I take pride in my reputation for collaborating effectively—both within my company and across the industry.
