Job Summary

The role of Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse is best suited for highly motivated, results-driven individuals that possess a passion for medical aesthetics. Primary duties will be to deliver your expert service and quality care to our clientele. You will actively offer continuous and additional services and treatment plans to assist the clients in meeting their desired beauty goals. This position will focus primarily on injectable treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive clinical leadership for all aesthetic modalities
  • Perform clinical consultations to create long term treatment plans
  • Develop and expand clinical protocols to ensure clinical efficacy and safety
  • Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations regarding clinical competency, safety, infection control, and privacy
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Handle clinical adverse reactions and outcomes
  • Monitor and manage clinical inventory
  • Attend in-house training and outside continued education, as needed or requested
  • Stay up to date on advanced techniques and treatment protocols
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures while supporting a culture of high quality and excellent guest service
  • Participate in promotional events, on- and off-site
  • Develop staff through strong leadership and ongoing training



  • Current and Valid NP, PA, RN License issued by the StateĀ 
  • 3+ years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine/Plastic Surgery/Dermatology
  • Must maintain Continuing Medical Education and remain up to date with all Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Strong knowledge of current techniques, advancements, and trends in the field of Medical Aesthetics
  • Flexible scheduled, including nights/weekends, on call schedule


  • Strong procedural, technical, and anatomical competency of medical aesthetic treatments
  • Strong consultation and sales experience
  • Possess strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Possess a professional, personable, caring, and motivating personality that builds strong client-provider relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth
  • Act as a liaison between the practice and the Medical Director/Clinical Director to ensure consistent adherence to clinical standards with all treatment protocols
  • Must possess basic phlebotomy skills to assist in blood draws.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
