Well established highly respected cosmetic plastic surgery practice searching for experienced aesthetic NP/PA or RN to join our team full time.

Desired skills:

  • Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Juvederm)
  • Have up to date MA licensure: PA-C, NP, (RN)
  • 2-3 years of hands on injecting anesthetic experience- safe and confident injector
  • Experience performing aesthetic treatments including: Laser hair removal, non-ablative fractional laser as, IPL, chemical peels, collagen induction therapy (micro-needling) cool sculpting, RF treatments.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics
  • Proven selling skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong desire to grow practice
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to onboard efficiently and perform treatments from the onset.

Requirements:

  • NP, PA-C, (RN degree)
  • Experience in delivering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Juvederm) with safety and confidence
  • Experience performing aesthetic treatments including: Laser hair removal, non-ablative fractional laser as, IPL, chemical peels, collagen induction therapy (micro-needling) cool sculpting, RF treatments.
  • Up to date Mass License
  • Must have reasonable commute
  • Proficient with EMR, charting, and other software skills
  • High level of professionalism when interacting with patients, staff,
  • Flexible work schedule.  Some extended hours including possible evening hours
  • Upbeat, cheerful, warm, and friendly.
  • Can-do attitude, team player, positive growth mentality
  • Ethical and conscientious with all clinical recommendations and treatments
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in full spectrum of Plastic Surgery aesthetic care- including injectables, non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Although the priority will be to leading the medical aesthetic (medspa) side of the practice, you will also assist at times with the surgical side of the practice, ensuring full incorporation into the practice and cultivating and maintaining full scope of clinical skills in plastic surgery. This may include pre- and post-surgical care. Providing care for the patients at all levels will help with continuity of care, foster patient relationships, and facilitate cross promotion of  services in the office ( surgical to nonsurgical and vice versa).
  • Promote skin care products to achieve optimal treatments results and maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation including consultations, assessments and follow ups, treatments, consent forms.
  • Perform thorough exams, be an educator for patients about treatments and products, so they feel confident and well informed.
  • Perform Before and After pictures
  • Be an active and engaged participant in the practice at all levels.
  • Act as clinical leader educating patients and staff.
  • Active participant in marketing and educational efforts of the practice: ex. Social media, newsletters, Seminars.  Fortunately, this is not burdensome, as the practice also has outside vendors assisting with social media/newsletters/website. But staff is encouraged to contribute and guide the process.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace, take care of the high-end office equipment, and help with maintenance of the treatment devices and lasers, and clinical inventory.
  • Assist with all areas of clinical operation as requested by management.

Position: Full time, (part time considered)

Hours: typically, 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday, but expanded early evening hours to be considered

Location: Ideally within reasonable commute from practice location in North Boston, MA

Salary: very competitive combination of base pay salary plus commission incentives based on production, and opportunities for advancement based on growth. Salary depends on experience.
