The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. As a Business Developer you bring enthusiasm and passion for the brand through an authentic customer, team member, and shop experience. You spend time on reaching out to potential and existing clients to ensure product knowledge as well as sales growth.



Customer Experience: Deliver a tailored customer experience through active listening and genuine curiosity to provide expert brand and product recommendations that will make the customer’s day. You will consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives. Ensures every aspect of the experience is impeccably executed throughout the shop. Makes quick and consistent decisions in the best interest of the customer that aligns with our brand policies and procedures.

Operational Excellence: Builds and maintains the brand by consistently executing brand standards. Ensures flawless execution of operational policies and procedures, including but not limited processing sales, analyzing current market penetration and increasing monthly sales.



  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to resolve conflict and make decisions that support both the brand and customer
  • Ability to use critical thinking to deliver execution of the shop operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop, including nights and weekends
  • G-suite, QuickBooks, SalesForce
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Experience working in skincare/cosmetic and/or Cannabis
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working in a team environment and other team members, engaging in an authentic way
