The Client Concierge is a key position.  In this position, you will be our primary and first interface with all new clients.  If you value working in a client-focused, positive team atmosphere you will love this position.

Experience – we’re looking for the best of the best candidates regardless of experience. The following qualifications are preferred but not necessarily required as we believe that interpersonal attributes are as important as technical skills.  We’re building a highly functional, positive, and collaborative team.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • Ability and desire to work well with teammates and clients (required)
  • Positive attitude and kind (required)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and problem-solve (required)
  • Great communication skills (required)
  • Medical software/client scheduling software experience (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office software experience (preferred)

General Duties:

1. Client interface – Greet Clients in-person and on phone, check-in all clients, guide Clients through intake forms online and at check-in, follow COVID intake protocol (temperature, etc), check-out all clients, schedule and confirm all appointments, take payments and deposits, welcome guests — water, coffee, etc.

2. Program Management — call weekly patients with expiring points, enter all rebate codes, handle issues and redeeming points, enroll patients, and run all BD reports.

3. VIP Program — Point person for all VIP patients – check in, check out, enrollment, program specialist and schedules all their services.

4. Marketing & Social Media – assist with lead nurturing and advertising, organize and lead events in the studio, direct and monitor social media, generate advertising and promotions ideas, interface with our external advertising agency, follow up with clients, schedule consultations and treatments.

5. Administrative – assist the Studio General Manager to run the business operations.

6. Collaborate – establish and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all staff, cross-train in all other areas of the practice for coverage as needed

7. Report directly to the Studio General Manager and perform other duties as assigned.

Days/Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
