Community Manager – Houston Market

We are seeking a Community Manager who will be responsible for supporting a number of providers in Houston. This position will assist new providers in learning our technology systems, help them grow their practice by deploying marketing tactics, and provide overall support so the provider can maximize their potential. An ideal candidate is detail orientated, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is excellent at multi-tasking, thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive can-do attitude. 

Community Manager Responsibilities

  • Train new providers on all systems. 
  • Closely work with new providers in the field during their first month to support all aspects of the Providers practice.   
  • Deploy marketing initiatives to help grow the provider’s business. 
  • Work with internal teams to communicate provider feedback/requests on all aspects of the business. 
  • Create a plan for providers to reach their business and clinical goals. 
  • Assist with training initiatives. 
  • Work to improve workflow and onboarding processes, procedures, and provider’s experience.

Qualifications for Onboarding Manager

  • 3+ years of experience in aesthetics (Medical Spa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. 
  • Experience with grassroots marketing including social media and influencer campaigns, running events, building partnerships etc. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
