Busy plastic surgery practice is seeking a sales consultant with a proven track record of excellence. The candidate must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up technique and a proven sales track record, in addition to the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical clientele. We are seeking an outgoing, positive personality who is self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed pre-determined sales quotas. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are both musts. Ability to connect with our patients and build strong relationships are key points to your success. Unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years sales experience in a similar cosmetic/plastic surgery environment.


    • Engage and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face consultations with current and potential patients from initial inquiry to follow-up after care
    • Educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, manage interactions with patients in both the pre and post-operative phase
    • Consult and educate prospective patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures, treatment plans, and information on the doctor and the practice
    • Prepare and present treatment quotes, as well as discuss procedure financing
    • Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent patient experience
    • Implements strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand customer base
    • Work closely with the Doctor and be involved in all aspects of the client experience
    • Provide treatment scheduling support
    • Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public
    • Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Clinicians
    • Other duties as assigned


Minimum 2 years experience in the medical field, ideally as a Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding goals

  • Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experienced negotiator and strong closer in a short sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
  • Excellent follow-up performance and ability to articulate technical and medical information to prospective clients
  • Excellent written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment

Job Type: Full-time – hourly plus commission – health benefits not offered
