About The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Clinical Education is responsible for the development and implementation of the training curriculum as well as the facilitation of the aesthetic providers’ professional development through education.

What You’ll Do:

  • Development of a clear program plan that includes:
    • develop objectives relating to knowledge and skills 
    • integrate milestones and professional training into the curriculum 
    • implement an evaluation system that clearly documents competency
    • determine the role of manufacturers, providers, and external experts in the development of the program
  • Conduct of the program, including definition of the milestones needed to achieve competency in a specific aesthetic procedure (product or technique)
  • Semi-annual review of the program to assess the quality of the educational experience and to review the resources available in order to ensure that maximal benefit is being derived from the integration of the components of the program. 
  • Assessment of performance of each provider through a well organized program of in- training evaluation and assessment of client outcomes.

About You:

  • PA, DNP, DO, or MD license
  • Greater than 5 years of medical aesthetics experience
  • Greater than 3 years of education and/or training experience 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
