Job Summary:

Luxurious medical practice in the heart of the Beverly Hills triangle is looking for a Director of Operations and Business Development. Responsible for securing the growth and success of the clinic and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and effectively while the clinic continues to deliver at the highest level of patient care.  Must have the ability to manage and lead a team of physicians and large supportive staff in an aesthetic, multi specialty and surgical center setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals and holding the team accountable
  • Organize and define roles and responsibilities
  • Follow up with team in a timely manner to ensure the goals are met
  • Ensure team is working together effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor daily revenue and practitioner sales
  • Monitor discounts applied for data entry errors
  • Ensure clinic providers receive daily reports to ensure accuracy of financials
  • Prioritize, organize, and follow up with the facility owner in an organized and timely manner.
  • Ability to think clearly, maintain concentration, and make concise and strategic decisions.
  • Clear written, verbal, and professional communication skills at all times with physician, staff and patients.
  • Take initiative to improve systems, policies and procedures to increase efficiency in the level of service and staff productivity
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Provide support and feedback to staff with tools to enhance overall performance
  • Motivate and inspire team members
  • Responsible for overseeing the physicians schedules to ensure patient flow and efficiency
  • Knowledge of stat and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
  • Responsible for revenue cycle management
  • Weekly emails to staff to keep strong office communications and moral
  • Ensure quality control in all departments such as accounting, sales, marketing, clinic and customer service
  • Overseeing marking efforts with outside vendors and ROI

Skills Required:

  • General medical terminology
  • Strong leader
  • Accounting knowledge and strong business acumen
  • Understanding of medical billing
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in management role preferred
  • Excellent skills Microsoft office , Excel , Quickbooks, EMR medical software
