The Director of Field: Sales & Operations

You will manage operational processes and standards throughout a regional territory. You will lead, develop, and inspire teams in all facets of running a profitable business. You are the conduit between field operations and our clients, collaborating across functions and channels to provide an optimal experience for our internal and external customers. Your role is critical in leading execution and supporting the team and vision, ensuring your teams deliver results and hold their teams accountable. You are a leader in building talent across your territory. You will physically visit sites and meet with your team 90% of the time.

The Field Director will:

  • Develop and execute a district plan to achieve and exceed short- and long-term business, people, and financial objectives
  • Set new and stretch goals for self and team with relevant metrics to achieve beyond what is expected
  • Build a high performing team and bench plan that is designed to achieve, exceed, and sustain business results and create an environment that fosters the conditions for success
  • Understand and address specific team competency issues and recruit candidates that address those issues or enforce a new value or strategic direction
  • Seeks common ground and sources of agreement between self and multiple, diverse stakeholders to influence more broadly and effectively and to do the best for all
  • Owns the relationship between us and our client and develops district-level reports weekly on KPIs, process improvements, and areas of opportunity.
  • Develop team and hold accountable for the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals
  • Ensure staff hours are approved and submitted to HR
  • Proper management of staff schedules for adequate coverage
  • Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow
  • Ensures Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes, including ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Analyze Center Sales Reports to ensure KPIs and Budgets are achieved and locations are profitability
  • Partner with teams and vendors to schedule monthly education training and workshops to provide staff with continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Manage the operational aspects of all new center openings developing and managing project plans and timelines
  • Works laterally with the Clinical, Training, and Marketing.
  • Actively monitor center and regional level key performance indicators

Compensation:

  • Base salary + bonus
