Job Description

Fast-paced, busy plastic surgery practice and med spa seeks a smart, well-organized, professional, polished, skilled receptionist to join our team, experience with a plastic surgery practice strongly preferred.
Ability to learn about and explain complex surgical procedures to new patient callers, scheduling for multiple providers with different needs and preferences for each. Top applicants work well under pressure, thrive in a demanding environment and get along well with others.

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Top-notch organizational skills
• Microsoft Office
• Two years of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree

Core responsibilities include :
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Sales (ability to get new patient callers to schedule a consult)
• Scanning and filing documents
• Selling skin care products

Computer literacy and the ability to tackle new projects is required. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a quick study who enjoys establishing relationships with patients. Nextech Software ++, SkinCeuticals product knowledge ++
