Our mission is to provide superb aesthetic services to our patients. Our Medical Director is an experienced board certified expert in cosmetic surgery of the face and body. We have a dedicated, highly trained, team including a physician assistant, nurse practitioner and medical skin care specialist who perform comprehensive non-surgical services for facial enhancement and rejuvenation.  We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Ambassador/Front Desk Coordinator carries out administrative duties and marketing support in coordination with the Patient Care Coordinator. This is a full-time position with great visibility as the candidate will be the first individual to greet our patients as well as the last individual to see the patient at the end of the visit. Administrative duties include:

  • Greet and check in patients.
  • Schedule existing and new patients either in person or on the phone.
  • Conduct information calls for potential new patients.
  • Organize the patient’s digital chart including scanning and organizing digital information.
  • Maintain front desk supplies and cleanliness of front desk area including surgical waiting room.
  • Post charges in the system and process payments.
  • End of day closing procedures and preparing bank deposits.

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, email programs, and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by written and spoken work to patients and employees.
  • Experience in a Cosmetic Surgery practice, Med Spa or hospitality industry a plus.
  • Associates degree minimum, bachelors preferred or equivalent experience in a cosmetic/med spa setting.


Full time hourly position, salary is commensurate with experience
