Great communication skills, and the ability to make an excellent first impression is critical for this role. Must be punctual, well-spoken with a positive attitude and a team player!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Skills: Must have the ability to have interactive, educational dialogue that leads the patient to schedule an appointment in our practice.
  • Waiting Time: Ensure that all clients have minimal wait times by monitoring the schedule flow, keeping technicians on track and informing clients if there is a delay in the schedule. Offer beverages to clients who wait and ensure they are comfortable. Maintain a neat and clean waiting room/reception area.
  • Liaison: Interact with vendors and reps, act as a liaison between them and manager.
  • Greeting: You will be responsible for warmly greeting clients, rebooking their next appointments, and executing all front office duties efficiently.
  • Client Information: Accurately input all client information into computer. Record any relevant notes. Upon each visit, confirm client information on file for accuracy, update any changes.
  • Maintenance: Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Social Media: Lead all social media efforts, specifically plan, execute and report on campaigns driving consumer engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients about treatments, products, medical benefits, and center policies and procedures
  • The ability to follow a proven process and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet objectives and course correct when needed
  • Experience in a similar field strongly preferred
  • Previous¬† sales experience is preferred
  • Must be punctual, reliable and highly organized
  • Be efficient, detail-oriented and a quick learner
  • Comfortable using computers and applications, computer savvy
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records preferred
  • Must be friendly, upbeat and honest
  • Maintain poise under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
