Job Snob is the Medical Aesthetic industry’s premier partner in staffing, data analytics, and practice acquisitions. We are adding an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to our growing company. This is a full-time, remote role with excellent growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Founders, the Executive Assistant/Project Manager plays a key role in managing daily operations, including overseeing internal and external communication, project management, and scheduling. This role is crucial to the success and growth of the organization and interfaces with Job Snob clients, candidates, and employees on a daily basis.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Founders’ schedules, calendars, and meeting details
- Field all incoming client and candidate inquiries and communication
- Coordinate, schedule, and (virtually) attend various meetings; take and disseminate notes and track follow-up items
- Act as a gate-keeper so Founders can prioritize and maintain productivity
- Exhibits highly effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be primarily responsible for meeting project deadlines and goals
- Oversee and manage all project-related tasks, communication, and functionality
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
- Contribute to the planning and development of projects
- Support the coordination and management of projects
- Research information as required
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Founders in an efficient and timely manner
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 3 years of advanced computer experience required. (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
- Ability to think strategically and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without direct daily supervision
- Motivation to learn and acquire new professional and personal skills as needed
- Enthusiasm for self-discovery and willingness to embrace feedback

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical Aesthetic industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment preferred
