Location Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of a specific location’s daily field operation. Which include but are not limited to reaching sales goals through client education/retention, inventory control, promotion of products, elite customer service, and training/development of sales associates. The ideal candidate must ensure an upscale client-centric atmosphere is present while also adhering to all policies, procedures, and compliance in accordance with state regulations.

Job Duties:

  • Leads staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative teamwork environment and sales growth.
  • Deliver outstanding upscale customer service within the location and on the phone.
  • Ensure retail location not only reaches sales goals monthly, but exceeds.
  • Handle administrative task including but not limited to time punches, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
  • Ability to successfully promote the brand, products, and services offered.
  • Up-sell clients the appropriate products based on services conducted.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff.
  • Communicate sales goals, current sales numbers, and necessary information to staff.
  • Promote and Sell the Organization’s brand, products, and services in order to reach monthly goals.
  • Network with neighboring companies to help reach sales goals and achieve collaboration within the community.
  • Monitor locations’ performance while ensuring that sales are maximized to their full potential.
  • Efficiently balance coaching/mentoring with discipline and constructive feedback to staff when needed.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Skills Needed:

  • Upscale retail, beauty experience preferred but not required.
  • 1 year or more of Sales Managerial experience within an upscale organization required.
  • Proven sales rapport required.
  • College education required.
  • Proven ability to identify, retain, manage and develop strong teams.
  • Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.
  • Must be able to lead by example and perform duties that your staff are performing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Efficient with Microsoft and Apple products.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse group of associates and clientele.
