REPORTS TO: Physician/Administrator

JOB SUMMARY: This individual is responsible for managing the marketing team and coordinating day-to-day advertising and marketing activities. The marketing manager is also directly involved in the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required 
  2. Extensive progressive marketing experience (preferably in the medical field) and 2+ years of supervisory experience 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  1. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and Illustrator
  2. Knowledge of paid ads, paid search, and email marketing 
  3. Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  4. Must be customer service oriented with quality care focus
  5. Present a highly professional image
  6. Solid project management, analytic and organizational skills: able to coordinate multiple complex projects with varied scope and impact simultaneously
  7. Demonstrated ability to create and use Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis
  8. Ability to identify problems and resourcefulness to resolve them independently using your own initiative
  9. Ability to multi-task within short timelines, organize and prioritize work and complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner
  10. Must be highly organized, patient, persistent and require minimal supervision in executing assigned tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing/Advertising Activities

  • The Marketing Director is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the overall marketing for the company, and the implementation of the marketing strategy, including campaigns, lead generation, promotional events, digital marketing, social media management, public relations, and ongoing internal and external marketing communications
  • This position will additionally build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external teams to ensure that strategic marketing is implemented within the framework and vision of TrueCare Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Spa 
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans that support growth and meet sales goals 
  • Oversee and manage the company’s digital footprint, and messaging across digital marketing channels (Website, Alle, Aspire, Plex, Text, Email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and others) while maintaining the Company’s brand recognition and reputation
  • Leads the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that drive consumer and physician engagement as well as patient retention
  • Strengthens brands by utilizing customer segmentation and targeting capabilities to expand the business while building trust and loyalty within local communities
  • Utilizes data, insights and best practices to create comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives, audience identification through CRM, inclusion of paid and non-paid tactics, KPIs, short- and long-term reporting, ROI calculation and campaign optimization
  • Leads and influences the application of both traditional and innovative digital technologies based on marketing automation, social media, website and mobile engagement for tangible patient acquisition, retention, and growth 
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including lead generation, html emails, landing pages, joint marketing programs, etc
  • Work to execute marketing collateral, web content, brochures, display materials for store locations, advertisements, online advertisements, promotional materials & other items
  • Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts
  • Research market trends, local competitor positioning and opportunities to help generate pipeline activity and support campaign goals
  • Manage, optimize, and implement new digital marketing campaigns directly in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
  • Manage agency partner(s) for all marketing promotions, including advertising and website optimization 

Administration/Management

  • Lead the local marketing team in driving hyper local marketing tactics and work to integrate all marketing efforts across access points
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and manage marketing team members
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure effective team communications and progress
  • Perform other related duties to ensure effective communication and practice promotions
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
