Job Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Draft web copy and promotional materials
  • Manage printing process (source, get bids, etc.) and ensure ample quantities on hand.
  • Identify and resource vendors
  • Maintain and update referral source tracking sheets
  • Manage photo room, updating cameras and lighting as needed
  • Monitor and update medical provider contact information on external websites

Graphic Design

  • Create/graphic design marketing materials, such as flyers, e-blasts and in-office promotions
  • Lay out before and after images
  • Design, produce, and distribute newsletters, email marketing and in-house promotions.
  • Assist with the production, printing and distribution of printed & other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Digital Marketing:

  • Monitor review web sites
  • Shoot and edit video content
  • Manage YouTube business pages: upload content, write descriptions
  • Monitor and update keywording on Youtube/social
  • Liase with web team, ensure content is posted as directed.
  • Write web content
  • Maintain video content and stills for exam room displays
  • Create content for social media, filming as needed
  • Video Editing
  • Assist physicians and providers (along with the marketing assistant) in posting content to social

Events

  • Create and execute conference and special event meeting materials conferences
