Medical aesthetic brand is seeking a President to build and lead our revolutionary training facility. Our goal is to provide world-class training to medical aesthetic professionals and offer foundational and ongoing training to support a robust career in this dynamic and exciting industry. This is a start-up opportunity best suited for a seasoned leader capable of building exceptional teams, developing operational initiatives, and exceeding corporate goals.

This position is located in Los Angeles and will oversee the company and its expansion in the USA. He/she will be responsible for working closely with the board of directors to set the company’s strategies, delivering on initiatives, directing financial planning, building organizational capabilities, and establishing proper governance and controls. The President will be the company’s ambassador and main point of contact with all stakeholders. He/she will spearhead expansion plans with particular emphasis on launching new value-added services, new business lines, and expansion into new geographies – both organically and via acquisitions.

This role reports to the board of directors (BoD) and its delegated subcommittees (operating committee, compensation & benefits committee, and audit committee).

  • Delivery of new initiatives and value-added services

  • Delivering on clinics platform expansion plans
  • Lead the deployment & growth of the planned beauty platform

Principal Responsibilities

  • Set the company strategies in coordination with the board of directors (BoD), deploy them, engage organization and lead delivering them; Identify the biggest barriers to change in the sector and devise plans to overcome.
  • Drive building a highly effective organization with the right capabilities and fully enabled and energized to deliver on the company’s vision and its strategies
  • Identify the company’s future initiatives and value add services to continue to be ahead of the developing market
  • Lead the sector (s) development in the markets we operate in and be the “main face” of these sectors in the community
  • Own and lead the relations with all key stakeholders: government agencies, legal bodies, suppliers, customers, etc.
  • Initiate, facilitate & enable technology driven innovation
  • Oversee company financials and ensure exceeding / delivering the approved budgets
  • Own’s company cash performance & ensures needed facilities / measures are in place to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and drive efficiencies across all departments and processes
  • Ensure full company adherence to corporate governance and all the ESG (Environmental, social & governance) standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to the board approved Delegation of Authority (DoA) across all company divisions and branches
  • Build streamlined systems and processes to ensure continuity of the business under all conditions
  • Design and develop the organization structure needed to support the business growth and expansion

  • Ability to work with regulatory and legal bodies to build trust relations and influence the industry / sector
  • Ability to lead and develop organizations; design organizations, set visions and energize organizations to deliver via enabling them; build a positive and productive culture that is fully committed and engaged. Roll up your sleeve attitude to lead by example.
