Position Summary
A high-profile Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Medical Practice in Beverly Hills is currently looking for a full-time Medical Assistant to join our rapidly growing team.

Integrity, responsibility, professional appearance, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and reliability are a must. This position includes back office and front office responsibilities.

Clinic & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Interview patients and document basic medical history
  • Responsible for patient flow and exam room organization and rooming patients
  • Prepare fillers, injectables, and other treatments for doctor
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
  • Inventory and unpack medical supplies, update inventory in management software
  • Stock rooms with medical supplies
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Prepare invoices and process patient payments
  • Update and file medical records
  • Assist during medical examinations including numbing patients
  • Draw blood
  • Photograph patients and upload photos to visualization software
  • Cross-trained in Medical Scheduler Program protocols – covering marketing pathways, patient reminder notices, and new patient protocols
  • Cross-trained in laser treatment protocol
  • Cross-trained in front office responsibilities (front reception coverage)
  • Other ad hoc projects as required by medical team and office manager


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a plastic surgery practice.
  • Certified Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Exceptional fluency in written and verbal English
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications, i.e. Windows, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proficiency with a Medical Scheduling Software Program

Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a plastic surgery medical practice is required
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Social perceptiveness and service-oriented
