Medical Spa with an established practice is seeking a Medical Spa Manager with a strong sales and administrative background. The ideal candidate is a “roll up your sleeves, hands-on “do whatever it takes” to help the team grow manager. The candidate understands the primary goal of driving sales, providing excellent patient care and customer service along with a strong desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice.
Experience in marketing, social medial marketing, events and developing referral partnerships is a must.
Must be willing and able to work Saturdays and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Sales/Marketing
· Must have knowledge of aesthetic services and products including fillers, laser treatments, body treatments and medical grade skin care.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure that the practice reaches its service revenue goals
· Manage marketing campaigns, marketing partners, event planning and Website development and social media marketing
· Provide pricing and quotes to patients in person, over the phone and email with strong ability to close deals
· Oversee and manage web leads and other lead generating sites such as Real Self ect bookings and new patient leads
· Ensure that all patients receive exceptional service
· Resolve patient Concerns and adverse events in a timely and professional manner
· Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere
· Provide accurate and immediate responses to all appointment requests by patients Encourage patient reviews to maintain the highest ratings Google and other review sites
Operations/ Staff Management
· Knowledge of all standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols
· Work closely with physicians’ nurses, and support staff to ensure all policies and protocols are being maintained
· Manage staff and patient scheduling to maximize productivity of the practice
· Lead front desk and medical staff and motivate and educate to achieve business goals
· Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, manage trainings and assist in new hires
· Ensure that all clerical and administrative duties, filing (charts), order processing, etc. are performed in a timely and efficient manner
· Manage cleaning staff to ensure the clinic is compliant with health, safety
· Oversee and manage inventory and office equipment and service contracts
· Assist with payroll and Bonus totals
· Resolve personnel related problems or difficulties
· Communicate to management any staffing or patient issues
Minimum 2-5+ years of sales and/or sales management experience – preferably in cosmetic medical, med spa field, high-end retail, or similar.
