World Renowned Facial Plastic Surgeon and Medical Spa in Pacific Heights is looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Ambassador for the Front office.
Ideal Candidate

- Enjoys building customer relationships, including booking appointments and making suggesting treatments and products.
- Excited about being a Patient Coordinator and helping patient “look their best”
- Has Outstanding professional etiquette, both on the phone and in-person
- Attention to detail and Ability to multi-task
- Competency with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Takes great pleasure in ensuring that all customers receive a 5-star experience
- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Extremely organized
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy
- Must be a team player
Job Duties include
- Answer and screen high volume of inbound phone calls
- Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
- Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
- Performs invoicing, and collects payments
- Check-in patients
- Clinical Photography
- Help manage patient flow
- Selling cosmetic and plastic surgery treatments to new and returning clientele
- Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
- Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filing
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant job
Compensation: $20-$25/hour
- Must be fully vaccinated
