World Renowned Facial Plastic Surgeon and Medical Spa in Pacific Heights is looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Ambassador for the Front office.

Ideal Candidate

• Has a passion for beauty, cosmetics, and plastic surgery
• Enjoys building customer relationships, including booking appointments and making suggesting treatments and products.
• Excited about being a Patient Coordinator and helping patient “look their best”
• Has Outstanding professional etiquette, both on the phone and in-person
• Attention to detail and Ability to multi-task
• Competency with computers and ability to learn new systems
• Takes great pleasure in ensuring that all customers receive a 5-star experience
• Extremely reliable and punctual
• Extremely organized
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy
• Must be a team player

Job Duties include

• Answer and screen high volume of inbound phone calls
• Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• Performs invoicing, and collects payments
• Check-in patients
• Clinical Photography
• Help manage patient flow
• Selling cosmetic and plastic surgery treatments to new and returning clientele
• Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
• Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filing
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant job

Compensation: $20-$25/hour

• Must be fully vaccinated
