We are looking for a Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator for our world renowned practice in Beverly Hills. We believe the essence of plastic surgery is not about changing your entire appearance, but about revealing the best possible version of yourself. Even the most subtle modifications can provide for a greater sense of self confidence and feeling of beauty. The PCC will provide a world-class, seamless experience for our patients while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for creating an unrivaled patient experience
- Meets one-on-one with patients after consultation to provide them with all information regarding surgery
- Provides patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery patients
- Acts as a point person for patients
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all practice procedures and services
- Schedules preop and postop appointments
- Effectively manages and follows up with all inbound leads and answers all emails/calls within a 24 hour period
- Provides all leads with information on procedures, recovery, and cost estimates
- Tracks all leads in the CRM database
- Procures monthly reports of all lead tracking individualized to the surgeon– lead source, conversion rates, etc– to help assist the marketing team with lead source optimization
- Tracks non-converting patients
Compensation:
Base salary DOE + additional performance based earning opportunities
