Well respected and busy Houston plastic surgeon’s office seeking experienced Plastic Surgery Sales Coordinator to join a growing team as a liaison between the office and prospective patients. The coordinator provides a vital link between the patient and the doctors by managing the consultation process and scheduling. We are seeking a successful sales professional with experience in the plastic surgery industry. Candidates must be reliable, mature, energetic, and highly motivated. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. Plastic Surgery Experience is a must.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Engaging with patients/clients to foster the practice-patient relationship via phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Conducting phone consultations, scheduling in-person and virtual consultation appointments, and surgery
  • Facilitating the financial transactions of cosmetic surgery procedures (discussing costs and financial payment options)
  • Optimizing the customer service experience for all of our patients
  • Assist patients with financing, transportation, post-surgical recovery options, and various special needs that may arise
  • Provide patients with information about the doctors, products, and surgical and non-surgical procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:

  • Have 1-2 years patient care coordinating experience
  • Have a proven track record in medical sales
  • Be an efficient self-starter, articulate, a quick thinker, detailed-oriented, and confident
  • Have the ability to multi-task and be a team player
  • Have excellent customer service skills and a caring personality
  • Have a strong ability and willingness to learn medical procedures, terminology, electronic medical records software
  • Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Work hours are generally expected to be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Compensation will be based on experience.
