Concierge/Patient Care

We are a high-end aesthetics practice in Potomac, MD that is looking to hire a full-time dynamic team player with 2-3 years of upscale customer care and sales experience. This team member will be part of the Concierge/Patient care team at our busy Med Spa practice. Medical and or Med Spa experience is a plus.

Upbeat, friendly and charismatic personality is a must! We’re looking for a career-minded individual.

The full-time position is 32-40 hours a week, Monday – Sunday, with flexibility weekends a must.

Duties Include:

– Answering a multi-line phone system
– Using Aesthetics Record software
– Attending to the needs of our patients
– Using the POS system to check out patients
– Promoting retail products and services to patients
– Assisting managers with administrative duties

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

– Ability to handle a busy reception area
– Excellent phone manners
– Can multi-task
– Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office a plus!)

– Team-player
– Responsible, reliable, and punctual
– Trustworthy and honest
– Some front desk and/or customer service experience (aesthetic/derm/cosmetic sergeant receptionist experience a plus!)
– Has reliable transportation
– Outgoing and conversational
– Fast learner
– The ability to work a flexible schedule (daytime hours, weekends and evening hours are a must)
