Currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual for the position of Lead Patient Care Coordinator at a leading Plastic Surgery practice and medical spa.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational & communication skills; strong proficiency in multi-tasking, as well as ensure professional and competent service to patients. Provides supervisory guidance, training, and accountability to other front office staff.


  • Implements proper execution of standard operating procedures for front office
  • Has complete understanding of all front office staff job descriptions and duties and is able to perform those duties at any given time.
  • Answer, screen and direct calls as well as take and relay messages accurately and completely.
  • Schedule appointments for the physician and aestheticians, including surgeries.
  • Possess knowledge in order to articulately speak about the medical spa, surgical, non-surgical procedures performed.
  • Possess knowledge in order to articulately speak about and sell the medical-grade retail lines sold in the practice.
  • Demonstrates confidence and skill with email exchange, MS Office, and trouble-shoot common computer issues with no supervision.
  • Promptly and professionally greets and checks in patients, ensuring that proper patient paperwork and medical chart has been completed by patient and staff.
  • Accurately prepares surgical estimates for patients.
  • Accurately check out patients with correct balance due, with attention to discounts, rebates, retail purchases, etc.
  • Accurately re-books patients for follow up appointments, ensuring correct service is booked with correct provider.
  • Exhibits confidence and intelligence in performing cashiering duties, including taking payments via credit card, cash, and Care Credit. Performs cashiering duties such as daily counting of the drawer, balancing of the register.
  • Manages Client retention programs for patients and practice.
  • Keep front office and waiting area clean and well-maintained, including retail areas.
  • Proficient in English language, Spanish-speaking a plus.
  • Participates in staff meetings and team building events.
  • Participates in open house / on-site practice events.
  • Adheres to HIPAA, safeguards patient and employee information.

Previous experience: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
