Patient Care (Front office)- Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery

We are a high profile Plastic Surgery Center located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add another experienced Front Office Patient Coordinator to our amazing team! You will be passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our patients, have excellent communication skills, love using different computer programs, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and check-in patients
  • Navigate through our CRM to answer all incoming inquiries from multiple sources -Website, Yelp, Instagram, TikTok, Realself etc. in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Confidently answer phones to support our current patients and educate our future patients on the services that we provide.
  • Schedule appointments with a focus on effective and correct scheduling.
  • Communicate with patients to confirm their upcoming appointments.
  • Process and upload patient information to our portal as necessary.
  • Be a champion for patient safety by ensuring that all consent documentation is complete prior to their appointment with us.
  • Help with insurance verification and documentation
  • Be ‘patient focused’ ensuring that you are protecting our patient experience as it relates to wait time and flow through to consultation.
  • Open and close the front office area, sign for packages, and order supplies as needed.

  • Ability to take initiative and to anticipate the needs of patients and the business
  • Ability to multi-task, and wear many hats – no task too big or too small mentality
  • High-energy, friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Exudes a passion for customer service and going the extra mile
  • Strong computer/office skills – Mac proficiency preferred
  • Strong phone skills – pleasant phone voice, with the ability to manage multiple phone lines
  • Excellent communication – written/verbal and typing skills
  • Team player mentality – willingness to help and take initiative

Previous front desk coordinating experience for a busy medical office or medspa preferred.
