Seeking an experienced management professional for the role of Practice Administrator for our high performance aesthetic plastic surgery practice based in The Woodlands. Duties include: 1) operational management of multi-provider practice including oversight of facilities, a AAAASF surgery center, and a growing medi-spa program, 2) human resource management and team leadership, 3) data analytics, and 4) strategic planning and business development with CEO/CMO. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with surgeon(s) and clinical, sales, and administrative staff. Candidate will help lead a long-standing tight-knit staff. Practice administrator will also work along-side an energetic fast-paced CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a hard-working, “hands-on” management professional who has a passion for business development and expansion in a highly competitive field. Must have a proven track record of effective human resource management and team leadership. Role requires acumen in multi-tasking with strong organizational skills. May occasionally require extended hours during launch of new initiatives or peak seasons.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years medical office management experience
  • Expertise with data analytics to facilitate performance analysis and planning either with CRM or Practice Management systems
  • Understanding of standard accounting principles and budget development
  • Proven track record of managing teams, sales, and operations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee of all operational and information systems as well as practice finances, marketing and related clinical and patient services.
  • Operational management of medispa and Accredited Surgery Center(with clinical team leaders)
  • Human resource management including team building, staff development, mentoring and motivating
  • Oversee clinical operations including scheduling, patient flow and productivity.
  • Formulate annual budget with quarterly performance analyses and targeted expense reduction.
  • Promote operational efficiency across multiple business lines Ensures compliance with HIPPA, OSHA, CLIA and other government regulations
  • Maintain provider credentials Manage facilities, maintenance, phones, computers and other equipment, ensures cleanliness of office locations
