We are seeking a poised Practice Manager with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong follow-through ability, and a cheerful disposition to join our dream team. We are a sales-driven, goal-oriented office. The follow-up is essential to our practice sustainability and growth. The person for this position will have these abilities and be able to manage all staff in this regard.

This position oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the medical practice, ensures that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include office administrative duties, inventory, personnel management and be responsible for the oversight and growth of sales.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years medical practice experience
  • Bachelor’s (preferred)
  • Harms Millenium Software experience (preferred)

 Practice Management Responsibilities

  • Supervise office staff including front office administration, medical assistants, and providers
  • Creates and maintains an ongoing structure for employee orientation and termination
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and organizational expertise to all staff members. Effectively communicates departmental activities to overall staff.
  • Designs/implements and/or updates: patient scheduling protocols policies and procedures, telephone systems, text messaging and online review systems, EMR templates and consents, computer and technology updates, manages staff scheduling, schedules lunch and learns with representatives, processes orders for office supplies and equipment and more.
  • Oversees sales goals are met and that contacts turn to consultations to treatment sales
  • Assists with MedSpa Marketing and business development with Marketing Director
  • Assists with Events and Sales Promotions
  • Assist Director of Operations with smooth flow of all aspects of practice operations.
  • Assist with HR issues: employee benefits, monitor employee vacation and sick time, and other duties assigned by Director of Operations.
  • Assist office personnel and fill in for vacation, as needed
  • Perform other duties as required
