We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with exceptional communication skills and a successful record in aesthetic sales. The PCC will be directly responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of surgical cosmetic treatments. Success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding quarterly sales goals and by staying ahead of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for creating an unrivaled patient experience
- Meets one-on-one with patients after consultation to provide them with all information regarding surgery
- Provides patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery patients
- Acts as a point person for patients
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all practice procedures and services
- Works with the front desk to assist in scheduling preop and postop appointments
- Effectively manages and follows up with all inbound leads and answers all emails/calls within a 24 hour period
- Provides all leads with information on procedures, recovery, and cost estimates
- Tracks all leads in the CRM database
- Procures monthly reports of all lead tracking individualized to the surgeon– lead source, conversion rates, etc– to help assist the marketing team with lead source optimization
- Tracks non-converting patients
Compensation:
Base salary DOE + additional performance based earning opportunities
