Practice Manager

We are looking to add a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to our team. We offer competitive pay with many other benefits.

Our plastic surgeon is highly acclaimed, respected, and well known in the community as well as the medical industry. This is a high-end boutique plastic surgery practice with an exceptional reputation for quality results and impeccable 5-star customer service.

To qualify for consideration, candidates will have a proven track record of success in management and sales in a fast-paced environment; they will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and an excellent work ethic.


  • Directly oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure: exceptional, effective, and efficient client care, administration, documentation, purchasing, financial management, marketing, inventory, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Take charge of insurance billing follow-ups. We do have a biller who does the billing of claims but need someone who will actively be on top of the accounts receivables to make sure they are billed in a timely manner.
  • Audit and create a best systems practice with management for all communication, collaboration tools, and general guidelines and protocols for staff that best serve the client
  • Directly oversee employees including all HR functions, employee relations, mentoring, motivating and training, succession plans, etc
  • Develop and implement policies & procedures concerning staff and management practices (conducting performance conferences, disciplinary action, terminations, maintaining incident files, etc.)
  • Ensure employees adhere to all policies and procedures, operating practices and/or mandated regulations and laws
  • Customer Service; actively seek out ways that the customer can be better served including training of staff as needed
  • Provide leadership and vision to the organization through “management by example”
  • Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times
  • Perform all clinical and office functions for coverage, overflow, and training: include patient care, follow up, admin, front office, back office, etc.
  • Perform managerial accounting/bookkeeping on Quickbooks online. Including running monthly and quarterly reports such as P&L.
  • Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes; including all documentation and financing/payment/insurance options available.
  • Maintain and develop a patient pipeline, and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.
  • Demonstrate leadership to keep the entire team informed, positive, and energized to support the best possible patient experience.


  • 5+ years of progressive management experience
  • Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 3 years) in sales in a high-energy, high-paced environment. Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.
  • Strong HR and employee relations skills with the ability to elicit performance from a team
  • Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs).
  • Effective problem solving and mediation skills and a proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations
  • Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
