• Minimum of 5 years of medical practice management experience, preferably within a cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or any specialty with a focus on cosmetic services and products.

• Baccalaureate degree required; MBA preferred.

• Human resources management/ experience and oversight required; Human Resource management certification preferred, SHRM and/or HRCI.

• Financial oversight and management.

• Marketing oversight.

• Business development.


• Daily oversight and management of all practice operations.

• Proven people-leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated experience in personnel management, administration of payroll and benefits systems, performance reviews, and other human resource functions.

• Proven operational expertise, with the ability to analyze efficiency and implement improvements.

• Strong project management skills.

• Demonstrated experience in achieving objectives in an organized manner and compliant with deadlines.

• Oversight and management of facilities, including management of IT and vendor relationships.

• Proven experience with utilizing data and metrics to enhance operational and financial success.

• In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, and other regulatory issues pertaining to medical practices.

• Experienced with computer operating systems. Intermediate expertise in computer business programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft® Office programs such as MS Excel, etc.


• General practice operations

• Clinic inventory/ordering to maintain efficiencies and clinic expenses

• Personnel management to include payroll, employee reviews, etc

• Clinic Marketing and business development with Marketing Director

• Facilities/equipment management

• Work closely with Business Manager on financial planning, budgets, P&L reports, balance sheets
