We are seeking an experienced injector for a clinical leadership role. We are a boutique aesthetics brand with locations, serving the Los Angeles and Orange County communities for over a decade. Our comprehensive non-surgical offerings include injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators), skin resurfacing (chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments), Morpheus8, medical weight management, body contouring, aesthetician services, and wellness treatments. Our mission is to empower patients through confidence and self-care while fostering a supportive, high-quality practice environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Services: Consult with new and prospective patients about various treatments we offer, providing full facial consultation. Provide full spectrum of treatments with excellent skill level and attention to detail. Educate patients, answer questions, manage treatment expectations, communicate before &; after care protocols.
- Compliance: Perform Good Faith Exams for the practice’s patients, including other provider’s patients when needed and available. Complete and maintain accurate required medical documentation, including intake forms, consent forms, medical history and medical records or ensure that the aforementioned required medical documents are completed and/or maintained in a timely manner. Ensure before & after photos are captured for every patient.
- Training: Be proactive in pursuing learning opportunities. Stay up-to-date in the field.
- Leadership: Train other providers within the practice on technique, sales and other areas. Help determine what new services to bring into the practice. Assist with development and revision of protocols and procedures. Evaluate and provide insight to improve practice overall. Support other providers. Assist in the event of adverse outcomes/reactions.
- Digital Marketing: Consent to posting videos and photos of you to the practice’s social media accounts and website. Regularly contribute to the practice’s social media content. Timely complete requests by staff or management for social media content.
Qualifications:
- Valid, active CA State NP OR PA license
- Available full-time (minimum 30 hours) for scheduled shifts, including some weekend days per month
- 3+ years full-time clinical experience hands-on with cosmetic injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments
