Key Responsibilities

SEO/AEO Project Management

Google Business Profile & Citation Management

• Set up, optimize, and manage clients’ Google Business Profiles for maximum visibility and local SEO impact
• Submit and maintain niche healthcare citation listings and online directory placements (e.g., Healthgrades, Vitals, WebMD)
• Ensure consistent and accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across all listings

Press Release Writing & Distribution

• Write compelling, SEO-friendly press releases tailored to the client’s specialty and geographic area
• Coordinate distribution to relevant media outlets and track visibility metrics

Virtual Assistant Oversight

• Delegate tasks to our virtual assistant (VA) team as needed and ensure timely completion
• Provide clear direction and support to VAs for listing submissions, data gathering, and reporting

Quality Assurance

• Review all content and deliverables before sending to the client in order to ensure accuracy with the client’s services, alignment with brand tone, strategy, and quality standards
• Identify potential bottlenecks or misalignments early and proactively resolve them

Project Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of project progress, client feedback, and next steps
• Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent service and responsiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or SEO
• Strong understanding of local SEO, directory listings, and Google Business optimization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent English is a must)
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Experience writing press releases or healthcare content is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Business Manager, BrightLocal, Whitespark, or similar

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & Database Management: Maintain and track patient/client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools for optimal engagement and retention.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new patient growth, appointment conversions, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, ophthalmology, aesthetics, or medical sales/marketing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) & Wellness

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, symptoms, and lab work.
• Develop and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and peptide therapy protocols for men and women.
• Optimize patient hormone levels to address energy, metabolism, cognitive function and longevity.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition and exercise to complement HRT & peptide treatment.
