Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our team in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL. As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals. Our ideal candidate needs 2+ years of cosmetic injectables experience.

Key Responsibilities
- ·Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- ·Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- ·Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- ·Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
- ·Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- ·Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
Qualifications
- · 2 years of injecting experience.
- ·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
- ·Current Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate in IL
- ·Social media proficiency is required.
