We are redefining the medical spa experience with a bold, innovative approach. If you're an Advanced Aesthetic Provider (NP/PA) seeking an opportunity beyond the traditional spa setting, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary. As the clinical lead for our state-of-the-art medical spa launching this Spring, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aesthetic care. Personality is everything, and we are looking for someone who wants to join our team and have a lot of fun!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, assess client suitability for procedures, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work with the Medical Director to establish and refine protocols, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.
- Provide education and hands-on training to new team members to maintain high standards of care.
- Support promotional efforts, participate in social media and events, and recommend products/services to clients.
- Serve as Laser Safety Officer, oversee laser and RF device functionality, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Build lasting client connections, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license (GA)
- GA Senior Laser Practitioner License
- Strong sales & consultation skills
- Existing clientele is a plus
- 2+ years experience in injectables and laser/RF treatments
