Job: Part-Time or Full-Time Aesthetic Provider
We are looking for an Aesthetic Provider (PA or NP) with a genuine passion for the medical aesthetics field and 2+ years’ experience injecting. We are seeking candidates who exhibit an exceptional level of customer service and patient care. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a team player, has a growth mindset, and who is looking to stay at the forefront of the aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform skin analysis and a full-face aesthetic evaluation.
- Provide a consultative approach and develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient, utilizing injectable treatments, energy and laser procedures, and medical-grade skincare treatments.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxin, biostimulators, and dermal fillers, with an excellent skill level and attention to safety and detail.
- Perform laser and energy-based treatments including Ultra (resurfacing laser), Sofwave, and Genius (RF microneedling).
- Perform medical-grade skincare treatments, including chemical peels and mesotherapy, available through the service menu.
- Provide pre- and post-care information for all treatments.
- Execute consistent and high quality before & after photography.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
- Collaborate with aestheticians and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate required medical record keeping including intake forms, consent forms, medical history, and medical records.
- Follow up with clients in a timely fashion after treatment to ensure excellent patient care.
- Build and maintain a strong client base.
- Contribute to educational material and marketing content.
- Comply with company protocols, policies, and relevant health and safety requirements.
- Attend trainings as necessary to maintain the highest level of service for our patients.
Qualifications
- PA or NP degree
- Valid CT license
- 2+ years medical aesthetic and/or cosmetic injectable experience
- Available for days, evenings, possibly 1-2 Saturdays per month
- Enthusiasm for training opportunities as the medical aesthetic industry continues to evolve
- Team player mentality- willingness to work well with management and providers to help Element grow
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
