Job Description
Come join our team! We have an immediate opening for an Aesthetician in our Beverly Hills dermatology office.Summary:We need an enthusiastic individual who is driven by customer service standards and a can-do attitude, one who knows how to build up a revenue stream and is comfortable in their skill sets. Must be experienced in all aspects of skin care services, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-needling. Professional appearance, friendly, outgoing and excellent communication skills. Med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery industry experience is a plus.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all cosmetic discussions regarding all available cosmetic treatment options available.
- Responsible for aftercare instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor, and scheduling appropriate follow-ups and treatments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or commensurate experience.
- 1-2 years of related experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and keyboarding is required.
- The ability to learn new software quickly and operate standard office equipment is required.
- Understanding the physician’s instructions and knowing when to seek additional information or clarification is required.
- Demonstrates professional appearance and manner at all times.
- The ability to display a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor and compassionate caring in dealing with others is required.
