Job Description
We are a premier medical spa specializing in non-invasive cosmetic treatments and skincare solutions. Our mission is to help clients feel confident and beautiful by combining advanced aesthetic technology with personalized care in a luxurious, medically supervised environment.
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, excellent customer service skills, and experience in performing medical-grade aesthetic treatments. You will work closely with our medical and aesthetic professionals to deliver safe, effective, and customized skincare services that align with client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform medical spa treatments such as:
- Chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Dermaplaning
- HydraFacials
- Laser hair removal (if certified)
- LED light therapy
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations
- Develop personalized skincare treatment plans
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend at-home skincare regimens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Active state license as an Aesthetician
- 1–2+ years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology office (preferred)
- Certification or experience with advanced treatments (laser, microneedling, etc.)
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
