We are looking for an Aesthetician to join our team and help grow our aesthetics division. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled in advanced skincare treatments, comfortable with technology-driven procedures, and eager to build a loyal patient base. You’ll benefit from a steady flow of in-house referrals from plastic surgery patients while also growing your clientele through social media, memberships, and treatment package sales.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art devices, including Sciton, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, Venus, PRP, and DiamondGlow treatments. You’ll also collaborate with an experienced plastic surgery team and play a key role in shaping the future of our aesthetic offerings.

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and business-minded aesthetician who:

• Has experience with advanced skin care treatments, lasers, and body contouring procedures.
• Understands the value of high-quality services
• Is goal-driven and revenue-focused, with a strong business mindset.
• Can educate and upsell treatments/products to enhance patient results.
• Is comfortable with cross-referrals, social media engagement, and building patient loyalty.
