Job Description
We perform state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery, which includes but is not limited to facial plastic surgery and hair restoration. The Front Desk Coordinator will engage in front desk coordination, phone inquiries, and face-to-face patient interactions from initial inquiry to follow-up. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, including scheduling of consultations and subsequent follow-up communications. As a part of this process, the Front Desk Coordinator will educate patients on skincare options, brief summaries of treatments options available, and also help review aftercare for non-surgical procedures. The Front Desk Coordinator will work in conjunction with the physician and Patient Care Coordinator in establishing and achieving agreed upon goals.
Hourly starting at $20-25 with opportunities for advancement, 401k w/match, bonus potential, and health insurance stipend.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries (via phone
- and walk in) regarding procedures
- Retain patients by recommending other services such as non-surgical treatments

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in plastic surgery or medical office a plus
- Ability to exert subtle motivation and influence
- Proven track record for working as part of a highly collaborative patient management
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is energetic
