Job Description
Premier Brand Med Spa is looking for a motivated self starter, with med spa experience, who loves the aesthetic, beauty and wellness industry to work their front desk as a Guest Experience Specialist. This is one of the most important roles inside the spa. It is the first point of contact with our guests and we take the role very seriously. This person must be professional, kind, caring, compassionate, engaging, possess excellent sales skills, have a deep understanding of skincare and a passion for learning. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally in a friendly, warm manner
- Responsible for contributing to the social media content and posting
- Help with marketing inside the spa and outside events
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience and a positive, drama free work environment.
- Maintain an in-depth nderstanding of the latest skincare science and trends, keeping up-to-date with the newest treatments and protocols
- Ensure smooth front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries and processing transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, treatments and the science behind them. Experience in a med spa or aesthetics.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional sales ability, achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements in skincare and beauty.
