We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Inside Lead Management Representative to be the first point of contact for inbound sales leads. This role offers exceptional career growth opportunities for top performers.
Role Overview
As an Inside Lead Management Representative, you will manage and qualify inbound leads, provide product knowledge, and assess the level of interest from potential practices. You will be responsible for efficiently directing leads to the appropriate sales representative, answer general product questions, or taking product orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound sales leads.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or ZOOM calls to answer product-related questions or take orders.
- Assess the level of interest and readiness of prospective clients.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on practice needs and business potential.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Assist, as needed, with internal business operations to ensure seamless execution of the "Lead to Opportunity to Customer" Lifecycle.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics related to lead qualification and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead management (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and identify client needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with Order Management Solutions is a plus.
