Join Us as Lead / Head Injector
We are seeking an experienced and confident Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Registered Nurse to serve as the clinical leader of our aesthetic injectable program. This role blends advanced aesthetic skill, client education, and leadership in a refined boutique setting. You’ll deliver expert neurotoxin treatments and guide clients through their wrinkle prevention and skin longevity journey—with clarity, care, and a beautifully subtle touch.
What You’ll Do
- Clinical Consultation & Planning
- Perform comprehensive wrinkle analyses and develop personalized injectable treatment plans for new and returning clients.
- Injectable Services
Administer neurotoxin (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®) injections in the three FDA-approved facial areas with precision, safety, and artistry.
- Client Education
Guide clients through our suite of preventative solutions including retinoids, sunscreen, and post-treatment skincare—ensuring they understand and feel confident in their care.Maintain clear, compliant documentation and follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards in every client interaction.Collaborate with spa leadership and offer guidance to future clinical team members, ensuring consistent excellence in aesthetic care and client experience.Complete our signature in-house clinical training and stay up to date through workshops, certification programs, and professional development events.
Who You Are
- Charting & Protocol Compliance

- A licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Associate (PA-C), or Registered Nurse (RN) with valid credentials in the state of Texas
- Experienced in injectable treatments (minimum 6 months preferred; extensive RN procedural experience also considered)
- Knowledgeable in facial anatomy, neurotoxin protocols, and wrinkle prevention strategy
- Poised, polished, and passionate about aesthetic medicine and the client experience
- A natural educator who communicates clearly, listens attentively, and builds lasting rapport
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork
- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts; open to part-time or full-time schedules

Qualifications
- RN/NP/PA in good standing - Texas
- Minimum 3 years of experience with injectables
- Proficiency with cosmetic injectables, fillers, and a variety of aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and procedures.
- Leadership experience in a Medspa or as a team leader in aesthetics is a plus.
- Prior experience in a Medspa setting is strongly preferred.
