Job Title: Marketing Assistant & Project Coordinator
OverviewWe specialize in delivering innovative marketing strategies for women's health, aesthetics, and functional medicine practices. In this hybrid role, you will support our Marketing Account Executives by coordinating client tasks and executing key marketing initiatives—including managing website projects and SEO campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to expand their skills—with the potential to advance to a full Account Executive role after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Client & Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with Account Executives on client tasks and manage project timelines for both marketing campaigns and website/SEO initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between clients, our whitelabel website and SEO teams, and our internal virtual assistant team to ensure seamless communication and accurate implementation of client goals.
- Track and report project progress to both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
- Creative & Content Production:
- Design graphic assets—including flyers, social media graphics, and other visual content—using Canva.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and content writing, leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support video editing projects and other multimedia initiatives to engage target audiences.
- Digital Marketing, Website & SEO Management:
- Oversee website projects by collaborating with clients and the whitelabel team to develop sitemaps, content strategies, and organize key assets (e.g., logos, photos, brand guidelines).
- Manage SEO initiatives by ensuring content aligns with client goals, reviewing written materials for quality and accuracy, and effectively communicating client feedback to the whitelabel SEO team.
- Optimize Google Business profiles and manage Quickstart projects that include SEO, Google Business Optimization, press releases, and our initiatives.
- Event & Operational Support:
- Assist in planning and executing client events to promote their brands.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, KPIs, and deliverables, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or challenges.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing, SEO, or website development is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow through on every task.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Photoshop) and familiarity with email marketing platforms, AI tools, Google Business optimization, event planning, and video editing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles; experience in healthcare or small business marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity tools.
- A self-starter who is coachable, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
