We are seeking a long-term experienced Aesthetician who is excited to join our top plastic surgery and medical spa practice. We have been in practice for 25 years with a tenured staff and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated person to join our amazing team. We pride ourselves in providing superior patient experiences with full-service cosmetic surgery and non-surgical rejuvenation with injectables, laser treatments and skin care products and services. The ideal candidate is an outgoing team player with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail and a willingness to become well-versed in services and products offered by the practice.

Responsibilities include interfacing with patients, creating individualized skin care treatment plans, providing medical grade skin care treatments, providing patient education on treatment plans, taking high-quality photographs, documenting in computer software, performing follow-up calls and patient outreach, interfacing with brand representatives.

Position Requirements

• Current CT Aesthetician License
• 3+ years of experience; plastic surgery/dermatology office experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with dermaplaning, peels and microdermabrasion
• SkinMedica and Topix product knowledge / DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, VIPeel and PCA treatment knowledge are a plus.

Compensation

Position is Part-Time (13-15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours in the future or as a seasonal opportunity). Compensation: hourly rate plus commission on product sales, PTO, medical plan, 401k.
