Key Responsibilities
- Preform Advanced Skin Treatments / Procedures
- Educate with Medical-Grade Skincare Protocols
- Maintain and Sustain Practice Growth by Building Strong Patient Relations
- Ensure patient comfort and safety while delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetician with a strong background in medical aesthetics
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
- Strong consultation and patient education skills to drive results and retention
- Sales-savvy mindset to recommend products and services effectively
- Knowledge of skin conditions, corrective treatments, and post-procedure care
