Immediate Opening. Established Cosmetic Surgery and Anti Aging Practice seeks an experienced back office Medical Assistant/Treatment Coordinator with (preferred) 2 years experience in Aesthetics, Hormone Therapy, Derm, Plastics or Cosmetic Surgery.

You will wear many hats! Assist the MD in cosmetic office procedures which include neurotoxin and dermal fillers, laser, peels, thread lifts, be a floater in the operating room, assist with lab reviews, oversee prescription refill requests, following up and tracking patients treatment program, as well as taking vitals, ECGs, phlebotomies, maintaining a sterile field, auto-claving instruments, and various other office skills and procedures.

You may also be required to assist as an operating room circulator, dispensing medications, maintaining sterile fields autoclaving instruments and various other office and surgery center related skills and procedures. You will be responsible for veinipuncture, vitals, rooming patients, turn around

Must be reliable, know computers, detailed oriented and provide 5 star customer service.

The position is approximately 30 – 35 hours per week and may lead up to more hours. This position is open, and the selected candidate can start ASAP.
