OverviewA premier medical spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Spa Manager to lead operations, ensure financial goals are met, and deliver exceptional client care. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop marketing initiatives to drive revenue and client retention.
- Manage social media outreach with regular content updates.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supply management for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to manage client relationships.
- Promote memberships and educate clients on benefits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Perform clinical aesthetic treatments as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and serve as a mentor to team members.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged standing.
- Frequent use of hands, reaching, and arm movement.
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- Licensed medical professional with expertise in aesthetic treatments (Esthetician License preferred).
- Licensed Laser Safety Officer (state-specific preferred).
- Advanced certification in medical aesthetics and laser technology.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Proven ability to manage financial data and develop business strategies.
- 3+ years of spa management experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and aesthetic procedures.

Technology Proficiency
- Familiarity with Apple devices, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, SharePoint, Zoom, and social media platforms.
- EMR system proficiency.
- Basic understanding of lighting for client photography.

Schedule & Work Location
