Job Description
Join our cosmetic plastic surgery team! As the Patient Care Coordinator you will be an essential member of the practice, building relationships with each patient and working alongside the other providers to guide their cosmetic journey. An ideal candidate should possess strong relationship building skills, enjoy delivering personalized customer service and have a serious interest in the cosmetic growth of the practice. Candidate must be self-driven, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish contact with patient leads, follow up
- Record sales data and lead funnels
- Learn from the providers and disseminate practice knowledge to patients and clients
- Be responsive to patients before, during and after to maximize satisfaction
- Discuss quotes and handle patient payments/oversee billing process
- Identify new ways to maximize cosmetic revenue
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office, data entry/analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled writing/composition
- Positive attitude and engaging interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic.
- Experience in customer service
