Patient ConciergeWe are seeking a Patient Concierge who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while helping patients feel confident and cared for. In this role, you will manage scheduling, ensure smooth communication between patients and providers, and play a key part in recommending treatments and products to enhance the patient experience.
This position blends customer service with sales, focusing on building lasting relationships while contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment both in-person and over the phone.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments and daily schedules to ensure seamless patient flow and provider efficiency.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about treatments and products, offering personalized recommendations that align with their goals.
- Sales Support: Confidently guide patients through treatment plans and product options, contributing to the practice’s revenue goals while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Administrative Support: Handle front office operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics, luxury service, or client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, including in-person, phone, and written interactions.
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and deliver high-end service.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and products (preferred).
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
